Terms and conditions of use

The simple rules this site runs on, and what you can expect from the information published here.

Accepting these terms

By using myiasi.online you accept the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

We may update them from time to time, and the version in force is always the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown at the top.

What this site is

My Iași Online is an independent editorial portal about Iași: attractions, restaurants, places to stay, nightlife, events and practical transport information.

We are not a travel agency, we do not sell tickets and we do not make bookings. We have no contractual relationship with the venues featured, except where something is explicitly marked as a paid listing or sponsored content.

Accuracy of information

We check what we publish and update it regularly, but the city changes faster than any guide. Opening hours, prices, transport fares and event dates can change without notice.

Treat the information here as indicative and always check official sources before making a decision — especially for opening hours, fares and event dates. Ratings and review counts taken from external sources reflect the moment they were collected.

Up-to-date practical details are on our essentials page.

Affiliate links and advertising

The site is free for you and is funded by advertising and affiliate commissions. This means some links to external services — accommodation, tours, transfers — may be affiliate links.

If you book through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commission does not influence the order or the selection of places we feature editorially: our criteria remain the rating and the number of reviews, and any paid placement is labelled as such.

We also show ads through Google AdSense. How cookies are used for this is explained in our cookie policy.

Reviews and user-submitted content

If you leave a review, you warrant that it reflects your genuine experience and does not infringe anyone's rights. Do not post other people's personal data, offensive language, or accusations you cannot support.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit or remove content that breaches these rules or the law, without prior notice.

Copyright

The editorial texts, the structure and the design of the site belong to us and are protected by copyright law. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the original page, but republishing whole articles without our written agreement is not permitted.

Photographs come from third-party sources, including Google Places, and remain the property of their authors. Any brand names and logos mentioned belong to their rightful owners.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the information published here or from the site being temporarily unavailable.

We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to, nor for services provided by third parties such as booking platforms or event organisers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania, after an attempt at an amicable resolution — write to us first, it usually sorts itself out.

The operator's full legal identification details are to be completed. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here.
